Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox & Matheos Hall Wedding Photogs in Clearwater, Florida

What a perfect day!! I just adore Morgan and Niko, and their big day was nothing short of pure perfection! Since the very first time Morgan inquired about wedding photography with me all the way to meeting them for the first time at their engagement portrait session, and then their wedding, I knew I would love them so much. From their gorgeous Greek Orthodox wedding ceremony venue to the elegant decor and breathtaking florals, I continued to fall in love with their whole day! Morgan and Niko are just the epitome of soulmates. And the way Niko looks at Morgan could quite literally melt anybodies heart..just look at his face as he saw his bride walking towards him!

We started the day getting ready at a nearby hotel, where I got to see (and photograph) Morgan getting ready and getting into her dress, surrounded by her best friends and family. From there to the gorgeous ceremony at Holy Trinity Greek Orthox Church, the day just continued to get better! Seeing Morgan walk down the aisle with her gorgeous vein and train with the entire cathedral in the background…a dream!! Niko, was looking QUITE handsome himself. These boys sure do clean up well for their wedding days 😉

The wedding day had 2 very significant factors that I just couldn’t stop thinking about. Morgan and Niko officially started dating on February 19, 2016 and they planned their wedding for February 19th as well! AND, Niko’s parents got married at the SAME church, 29 years prior! How dang sweet is that, and what a legacy to tell their children one day!

After they exchanged their vows, we headed out for portraits around the gorgeous church grounds. The front of the church has a small arched awning and it made me feel like we were somewhere in Europe! After that, we got ready for the reception and boy was it a FUN party! They had a lot of traditional Greek aspects to their reception and it made it so fun to see another side of weddings in other cultures! The dance floor was ALWAYS packed!
