My Go To Breakfast : Snickerdoodle Overnight Oats personal


I shared on my instagram stories yesterday about a breakfast recipe I have been loving lately and so many of you wanted the recipe to it as well!

Whether you work at home or not, breakfast can be hard to do and especially hard to do healthy! I am a morning person, and I even had a hard time with breakfast! These overnight oats are so yummy, and I get so excited to grab them in the morning!

Here is the way I make them, and I always make 2 at a time!

1/2 cup of old fashioned rolled oats

1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

1 tablespoon of brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon of chia seeds

1 cup of unsweetened almond milk

(I use unsweetened almond milk – vanilla flavored)

Mix it all up and put into the fridge!

When I grab it in the morning, I open it up and stir it and heat it for 45 seconds, I mix it again and heat it for another 45 seconds and then ENJOY!
