Vinoy Renaissance Resort Wedding | St. Petersburg Wedding Photographer

A year and a half is how long I have EXCITEDLY awaited for Christine and Justin’s gorgeous burgundy and navy fall wedding at They Vinoy Renaissance Resort in St. Petersburg, Florida. One of my favorite things (and biggest compliments) is when a bridesmaid contacts me for her own wedding, after being in her friends wedding – and that’s exactly what happened with Christine!

In the middle of one of my busiest seasons to date, so much stress, weddings (or two) every weekend, I was reminded why I love photographing weddings: it’s an entire day where I am able to get completely lost in other people. After being so overwhelmed with everything on my “to do list” or all the fun seasonal things I have not been able to get to this year, it was such a gift to be able to spend an entire weekend putting other people first for the best reason ever and be invited into one of the most important days in someone else’s world. Not many things are better than that!

Christine was so joyful and excited about every aspect of her best day ever, from the design and decor, to her family and friends who joined in to celebrate their love. It was especially special to watch their friends and family pour so much into the both of them. There’s enough love between that fantastic circle to last a lifetime. One of my personal favorite moments from the day was watching the Maid of Honor and bridesmaids break out into a personal rap (in tune with Fresh Prince of Bel Air) for the bride and groom.

Christine and Justin, you two have a love built to last and its been so amazing walking alongside you on this wedding day journey for the last year and a half, including a rained out engagement session and a super early sunrise session on the beach (You can’t tell me Justin isn’t head over heels for this lady).Never stop showing the love to each other that I have had the blessing to witness and your life will be as beautiful as your wedding day. I love you both and hope you love your memories as much as I loved saving them.
