Davis Island Garden Club Wedding | Tampa Wedding Photographer

Lauren and Jake’s fall wedding at the Davis Island Garden Club had me left trying to pick my jaw off the ground. Seriously. I’m just not quite sure I have the right words to explain how much I adore Lauren and Jake. These two are SO full of happiness and one of the things I heard most on their wedding day is how much they find joy every single day, and how much they have grown together. And that is a recipe for an amazing marriage. I could feel the love radiating off of them and pouring not only into each other but everyone around them, and that is one of my absolute favorite things about them!

Lauren and Jake were one of those DREAM clients, from the very start. They reached out and wanted to book me as their photographer before they even nailed down a date at their venue. Like what a better compliment could ya ask for?! I have actually known Lauren for probably over 10 years, since we grew up dancing together at the same dance studio. She is the sweetest soul and I could not even begin to tell you how happy it makes me that she found someone that doesn’t just fit into that sweet soul of hers, but somehow makes it even better. I cried close to 483 times during the day. Photographing people who have known for such a long time is truly so special and so amazing!!!

So many tears were shed all day long, by Jake, by Lauren, by their parents, friends, ME and it was a huge cry fest in all the best ways! With a love this beautiful, the wedding day was bound to be just as incredible! But, I don’t think I could have expected the beautiful little details that made up the whole day like the handmade pillows surrounding cocktail hour, or the amazing florals, or the STUNNING weather we were blessed to have!!
