Wow, y’all, this Downtown DeLand Engagement Session for Lindsay and Billys engagement photos took my breath away! Even if this wasn’t our first choice location – I think it came out way better than expected!

Lindsay is just a gem and I was so excited when she contacted me about photographing her wedding this winter at The River House in St. Augustine.

Our original plan was to have a beautiful beach engagement session in New Smyrna Beach. I made the trip all the way out there from Tampa and spent some time location scouting, and even though the beach was stunning – the wind was INSANE. We made a quick decision to move the session inland to DeLand where Lindsay and Billy live. We started their session on the beautiful campus of Stetson University. I was blown away at how photographic the campus was! We found so many amazing spots.

We then moved into the cutest downtown area. Downtown DeLand is a historic small town that looks like it is right out of a Hallmark movie. Their second outfits were a perfect match for the scenery!

Lindsay and Billy, I’m so excited for you both and absolutely loved capturing this session together! Cheers to y’all and all of the amazing things to come! See you both in December!
