Intimate Palmetto Riverside Bed and Breakfast Wedding

Ashley and Ausi’s intimate elopement wedding at the Palmetto Riverside Bed and Breakfast was absolutely stunning and filled with emotion! You see, this was not the wedding Ashley and Ausi were planning or imagining. They imagined a wedding up in New Jersey, surrounded by every single one of their friends and families, but then came a pandemic. Although their original wedding plans have been rescheduled into next year, these two decided that they still wanted to begin their season of being husband and wife!

Watching Ashley walk down the aisle to Ausi with tears in her eyes was heartbreaking and amazing all at the same time. An overwhelming happiness because she gets to finally marry Ausi and have him as her husband, but a layer of sadness since their families were joining in on iPad on zoom. (lets give it up to technology and whoever invented video chat).

They wrote their own vows to each other and poured their whole hearts out to each other and then shared a dance under the trees and even had their family on zoom join in with them! Their families even gave speeches for them! Talk about turning lemons into lemonade!

Not only did they have the love of family, even miles and states away, but they had 4 amazing friends there with them in person!

This season is a hard one for everyone. Whether you are a bride, senior, student, child, family of elderly, etc. whatever it may be, but it has brought me to moments like this and I can only thank God for showing me this kind of love and perseverance.
