Romantic Floral Wedding at The Birchwood in St. Petersburg

I can’t believe it’s almost JUNE!!! Shelby and Gordon’s gorgeous wedding day was one I looked forward to for a long time. Let me just tell you, it kicked my spring season up to a whole other level in the most INCREDIBLE way!!! It was the most perfect, warm spring day with barely a cloud in the sky. I arrived in the bridal suite to a BAG full of fun details to photograph, which always kicks my creativity off on the perfect foot! Shelby and Gordon are the sweetest couple – so it was truly the BEST. DAY. EVER.

The Birchwood definitely did not disappoint. It has fantastic light, and breathtaking views of the bay. It was a dream come true! Shelby and Gordon both put so much thought into every moment and every detail of their wedding. Shelby had the most thoughtful gifts for her bridesmaids. She planned her romantic floral garden-inspired reception wedding to a T. They are both joyful, gracious and shine such a bright light everywhere they go. I truly felt so privileged to be a part of their wedding day!
