I’ve shared pictures of my favorite at home Very-Berry Smoothie on my Instagram Stories and always get a ton of questions, so I am going to share how to make this delicious thing at home!!!
I am not big on sweets, and REALLY love fruit so when my mom started making this smoothie I just HAD to try it!!!
Here is all that you need to make this super, yummy smoothie!!!
Ingredients:
1 ripe banana
2 cups of frozen mixed berries (I get a pre-mixed bag from target or publix)
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/3 cup of fat-free greek yogurt
2/3 cup ice-cold water OR 1 cup of coconut milk, almond milk, or soy milk (I use water)
THATS it!
Then all you do is add the banana, berries and vanilla to the blender and then add the yogurt and water or milk and BLEND for all the yumminess (is that even a word) in the world!!!
I have also used a strawberry-banana mix of frozen fruit!!!
