Spring Engagement Session at Battery Park

If you have been following me for any length of time, you already know I am just SO in love with this engagement session. YALL IT TOOK PLACE IN MY FAVORITE TOWN EVER – Charleston, SC. This little city fills up my heart so much, from the bright colors, the joy, the southern charm.

When I first booked Brittany and Jimmy as a bride and groom, one of the first things she asked me was if I would want to do their engagement session in Charleston, IDEAL CLIENT 178%. She told me how when Jimmy proposed, he did it after they ate at their favorite restaurant in town and were just walking around Battery Park with ice cream! How stinkin’ sweet! So of course this little corner of Charleston holds a special place in their hearts!!!!

I met them in the middle of Battery Park last week, JUST after a nice little cold front came through the day before and it was SO cold and SO dang windy!!!! But they were troopers and walked all around with me for over an hour, and we found the most perfect little spots to use!!!

I could live a very happy life if I could just photograph ALL the sweet couples in Charleston (hehe)!!!

I cannot wait for their amazing wedding day in September, but for now enjoy my favorites from their engagement session!!! xo
